I ordered a visor because the site showed it was in stock, but two days later I got an email saying it actually wasn’t available. They did offer a refund, which I appreciated, but I needed it for the weekend, so it was frustrating. Just a heads-up to others: if you’re ordering something time-sensitive, you might want to double-check availability first or have a backup plan. The site really should be updated better before taking orders.

"Fit was literally not right"
I bought this because it said it would fit my helmet, but it literally didn’t. Kind of frustrating, especially since now I have to deal with the whole return process.

When I first opened it, I was like, okay, maybe this visor is decent. But the more I looked at it, the more it seemed fake, and that totally changed my mood. I went from giving it a chance to feeling annoyed. I don’t think I’ll be buying from here again.

I assumed it would go on easily, since these things usually follow the same basic pattern, but this one took way longer to get fitted right than I expected.

"Delivery was kind of a mess"
I ordered a visor and the delivery date just kept moving around, which was annoying. It did finally arrive, but late, and I didn’t really get clear updates unless I went asking about it myself. So yeah, not the best experience really.

Tbh the checkout page felt a little sketchy to me. I didn’t see much clear info about how my payment was being protected, so entering my card details made me kinda nervous. The order did go through fine, but I was still worried afterward lol. They should def make the payment page look more secure and trustworthy.

"Waited for Nothing"
I waited longer than expected for this visor to show up, which was already frustrating, and then it didn’t even fit right. It said it would fit my helmet, but once I put it on, it sat loose and looked kind of off. Disappointing after waiting around for it.

"Confusing tracking and slow updates"
I ordered from thevisorshop.com the tracking was confusing, really confusing. It didn’t update for days, so I ended up having to email them just to figure out what was going on. The reply took a while and still wasn’t very clear. The item did arrive in the end, but the lack of communication made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be...

"Support took way too long to get back to me"
I ordered from the site and had a question about my shipment, but it took customer service days to respond. When they finally did, the answer was basic and didn’t really feel worth the wait. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but it was definitely frustrating when I needed help. If this keeps happening, I’ll probably start ordering from somewhere else.

"Wish I’d read reviews first"
I ordered from thevisorshop.com thinking I was getting a decent deal, but by the time everything was added up, the price felt way too high for what I actually got. The product was okay, not awful, but definitely nothing that made me feel like it was worth the extra cost.
Shipping made it sting even more, and I regret not reading reviews first or at least shopping around a bit more. For the money, I expected better quality or just more value overall

"Tint looked nothing like the photos"
I ordered this visor because I really liked the tint shown on the site, but when it showed up, it was way darker and a different shade altogether. It just doesn’t match the pictures at all, like not even close. Not even close. Frustrating since the tint was the whole reason I picked this one in the first place.

"Not enough ways to pay"
The site wasn’t bad or nothing, but the payment part kind of annoyed me. I was hoping to use my usual payment method, and it just wasn’t there. Ended up having to use my card instead, which I don’t really like doing online. Checkout didn’t feel as flexible as other shops I’ve used. My order went through fine in the end, but they really need more payment options.

Am I the only one who found it way harder than expected to find the right visor? The site looks fine at first, but the filters felt kind of clunky and the pages were loading slowly on my phone. I did get through checkout without any issues, so that part was okay, but the overall shopping experience wasn’t exactly smooth...

i mean, the product itself was okay, but trying to return it was way more of a hassle than I expected. It took extra time and wasn’t as simple as it should’ve been.

"Arrived bent and poorly protected"
The box showed up all bent up, and I kind of assumed right away the visor wasn’t going to be in great shape. There was barely any protection inside, so it didn’t feel like it was packed with much care. Disappointing overall, and I’m not happy with it

I reached out for help choosing the right visor it was disappointing. I waited longer than I expected just to get a reply that felt really basic, like something I could’ve figured out on my own.
I was hoping to hear from someone who actually knew the products well, but they didn’t really answer my question. I ended up more confused than when I started and had to go look elsewhere, which was frustrating.

"Pickup was fine, just not exactly quick"
I ordered online and went to collect it in store. The staff were nice enough, but I did end up standing around for a while, and there was a bit of checking here and there before they found my order. I got it in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster or anything, but let’s just say I wouldn’t plan to be in and out in five minutes.
